PUBLIC CHARTER LEADERSHIP · EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE

Governance, financial stewardship, and operations.

In an anonymized CEO / Superintendent role, Dr. Germany facilitated board meetings, onboarded members, established subcommittees, and connected board reporting with organizational priorities. Strategic roadmaps and 90-day execution routines supported follow-through; balanced budget planning preserved teaching positions.

In a separate four-school public charter network role, she directed $12M in operations. Reported outcomes during her tenure included 80% teacher retention, a Meets Standards organizational rating, and a 100% food-and-nutrition audit rating.

F.A.S.T. · DOCUMENTED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

From leadership learning to application.

Two full four-week cohorts in a state juvenile justice school system, with the same four-lever model adapted to different leadership roles.

Participants reported applying walkthroughs, instructional coaching, and data-targeted planning. Four of four Cohort 1 final-survey respondents rated instructional leadership confidence at 4 or 5 out of 5. All 11 Cohort 2 final-survey respondents, from 20 participants, rated growth at 4 or 5.

The published case study documents the design, application evidence, response counts, and measurement limits.

Findings reflect respondent-reported confidence, growth, and practice changes in two documented cohorts. Long-term student achievement impact is not established by these surveys.
